Este experimento cient\u00edfico para hacer en casa se basa en un concepto que se introduce en <a href=\"https:\/\/learnlibre.com\/es\/courses\/the-first-great-lesson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La primera gran lecci\u00f3n<\/a> algunas part\u00edculas se atraen y otras se repelen. En este experimento, aprender\u00e1s sobre cierto tipo de atracci\u00f3n y cierto tipo de repulsi\u00f3n. Concretamente, aprender\u00e1s sobre la hidrofobicidad y la hidrofilia: si una part\u00edcula es atra\u00edda o repelida por el agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Para realizar este experimento, el proceso es bastante sencillo: toma una cucharada de cacao en polvo, sum\u00e9rgela en leche y p\u00ednchala con un palillo. La leche desaparece de la cuchara de manera aparentemente m\u00e1gica. Puede resultar sorprendente la primera vez que lo ves. Pero no es magia, \u00a1es ciencia! La leche nunca fue absorbida por el cacao en polvo porque \u00e9ste es hidr\u00f3fobo. Estaba all\u00ed en una peque\u00f1a capa encima del cacao en polvo. En la actualidad, son una fuente clave de hierro para los ni\u00f1os, sobre todo para los que tienen un acceso limitado a una dieta variada y rica en nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">El hierro de los cereales se a\u00f1ade en forma de polvo durante la producci\u00f3n, a diferencia del hierro que se encuentra de forma natural en la carne y las verduras. Sorprendentemente, este polvo de hierro tiene un aspecto similar a las limaduras de hierro. Tu trabajo consistir\u00e1 en utilizar agua azucarada, agua salada y agua corriente para crear tu arco iris, y probar las propiedades de cada tipo de agua para ver c\u00f3mo los solutos (sal y az\u00facar) afectan a la flotabilidad. \u00bfTus uvas flotan, se hunden o caen en alg\u00fan punto intermedio?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Para realizar este experimento cient\u00edfico, necesitar\u00e1s tres vasos, colorante alimentario, az\u00facar, sal, agua y uvas.
