The basic laws of the Universe tell us that liquids follow their own special rules, and solids follow their own special rules too … but liquids don’t all look the same OR behave the same (neither do all solids). In this section, we will dive into some of the different ways that liquids and solids can behave. We will explore why some liquids move more slowly than others, and why some solids don’t always “keep their shape.”
What you’ll learn:
- How solids can vary in their flexibility.
- How liquids can vary in their pourability.
