How to Use

1. Click below to download and print the materials.

2. Cut out the labels on page two.
3. Place each label on an appropriate place on the chart.
4. Draw arrows on the chart based on what the labels say. Either:
   a. Draw an arrow from part of the chart to a label.
   b. Draw an arrow from a label to another label.
   c. Draw an arrow from a label to part of the chart.
5. Check your label and arrow placement with the control chart in the answers section.
