Materials
2 Beakers
5mL (1tsp) Baking Soda
20mL Vinegar
Procedure
Fill one beaker with 20mL of vinegar
Fill the second beaker with 5mL of baking soda
Pour the baking soda into the vinegar. Observe what happens.
Optional Extension
Following the steps of the scientific method, create an experiment to find out what ratio of baking soda to vinegar will yield the biggest reaction. You might need more baking soda and vinegar for this!
